On The Job Support Program
Do you need assistance and guidance when you’re at work? We can help you.
Once working, we can provide support to you to help you in the workplace. We work with you and your employer to provide tailored support to increase independence.
We can help you with:
- Initial “on the job support” to help you build confidence and overcome barriers to work
- Assistance with workplace issues.
- Mentoring which can be via phone or zoom calls
