On October 22, 2023, the Global Humanitarian Aid Foundation organized a heartwarming event at a rural school in Dhikwella, Walasgala village, located in a remote area. The event aimed to support and uplift the local students who face many challenges due to a lack of resources.

Around 120 students from the school were the beneficiaries of this outreach program. Our dedicated volunteers traveled to the school to distribute essential supplies to the students, including educational books, water bottles, coloring boxes, lunch boxes, and toys. These items were provided to help enhance their learning experience and brighten their daily lives.

In addition to these supplies, we also offered refreshments for all the students, ensuring they felt appreciated and cared for. The event was a meaningful opportunity to connect with the students and the local community, providing much-needed resources to those who are often overlooked. The volunteers were truly grateful to be part of this initiative, which helped make a positive impact on the lives of these young learners.
