On July 8th, 2024, GHAF organized a refreshing community outreach event at Dhammaloka Village in Sri Lanka, where we distributed cool, hydrating drinks to 150 villagers. With Sri Lanka’s hot climate, the scorching temperatures can be challenging for many. In response to this, GHAF provided a much-needed relief by offering cool drinks to help the villagers stay hydrated and comfortable.

The event was met with overwhelming appreciation, as the villagers expressed their gratitude, happiness, and relief. This simple yet meaningful act of kindness had a significant impact, promoting the well-being of the community during the heat of the summer. GHAF is proud to have contributed to the well-being of the villagers and looks forward to continuing to support communities in need across Sri Lanka.
